Each code takes one letter from four pairs: Introversion or Extraversion (I/E), Sensing or Intuition (S/N — N, because I was taken), Thinking or Feeling (T/F), and Judging or Perceiving (J/P). Introvert versus extrovert is the split most people argue about first.
Most people also know the types by nickname. The names below and the four role groups come from the popular 16Personalities test rather than the official Myers-Briggs materials, but they're the shorthand most personality type tier lists use:

None of them, officially — the Myers-Briggs framework describes preferences, not strength or skill. People who argue about it usually mean something specific: ENTJ and ESTJ tend to get the nod for leadership, ISTP for staying calm in a crisis, INTJ for long-range planning. To settle it among friends, rename a row "strongest" with the Tiers button and see where everyone puts each type.
There's no reliable answer. The polls floating around online are small and self-selected, and attraction depends far more on the actual person than on four letters. It does make a good prompt for this board, though: rank the 16 by who you'd date, send the share link around, and compare notes.
It depends whether you mean common or well liked. By headcount, US estimates usually put ISFJ or ESFJ near the top and INFJ near the bottom. For well liked, there's no survey worth trusting — online favorites shift with whatever show or creator is talking about types that month, which is half the reason people make these boards.
