Tier List Maker is provided free of charge for personal and non-commercial use. You may create, customize and export tier lists and alignment charts for your own use and sharing.

Your content

You are responsible for the text and images you add to your boards. You must only upload content you own or have the right to use. Because your content is processed in your browser and not stored on our servers, you retain full ownership of it.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site to create or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the Site or its infrastructure.
• Do not misrepresent the Site or pass it off as your own.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, branding and original content are owned by Tier List Maker. Brand names, logos, characters and trademarks you rank belong to their respective owners; we are an independent tool and are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your locally saved boards will always be retained.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tier List Maker is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
