Every Pokémon available in Pokémon Champions is on the board — all 222 of them, with Alolan, Galarian, Hisuian and Paldean forms as their own entries because they battle nothing like the originals. Drag them into S through D and build the Pokémon Champions tier list your own ladder record would back up.
This is a battle game rather than an adventure, so the roster is curated: almost everything is fully evolved, and you will not find Bulbasaur or Charmander here. Pikachu is the deliberate exception, kept as a starter option despite having an evolution.

Champions is a competitive battler, so its tier list moves for reasons a main-series ranking never has to worry about.
The regulation decides everything. Ranked seasons rotate which Pokémon are legal, so a Pokémon can be untouchable one month and unusable the next without changing at all. Note which regulation your list is for when you share it — it is the single most useful thing you can add.
Singles and Doubles are different games. Spread moves, redirection and speed control matter enormously in Doubles and barely register in Singles. A Pokémon built to protect a partner looks pointless on a Singles board and vice versa.
Mega Evolution rewrites matchups. Because only one Pokémon per team can Mega Evolve, holding a Mega is a whole-team decision rather than a slot decision — which lifts Pokémon whose Mega is worth building the team around.
222 at once is a lot to face. Sorting roughly first, then arguing about the edges, is far faster than working down the tray.
By role is closest to how the ladder actually thinks — sweepers, walls, pivots, speed control, support. It also stops you comparing a dedicated wall against a setup sweeper and calling one of them bad.
By speed tier sorts out a surprising amount on its own, since so many matchups come down to who moves first. By typing exposes which defensive profiles the current regulation punishes.
Regional forms deserve their own look. Hisuian Zoroark, Galarian Slowking and Paldean Tauros share names with familiar Pokémon and play nothing like them, so rank them on what they do rather than on the name.
