The PNG behaves the same on every social media platform, desktop or mobile: attach it to a Reddit thread, drop it in a Twitter post or an Instagram story, send it over WhatsApp or iMessage. One honest caveat: this is not a live link. Viewers get the board as it was when you copied the URL — later edits don’t push through, so re-copy after big changes. Everything stays private by default; a board only becomes public if you deliberately publish it to the community gallery. That also makes the single-use case trivial: send a link once and nothing about it persists anywhere except in the other person’s browser. There’s no embed code or iframe generator here — for a blog, a presentation or a stream overlay, use the PNG and link back to the board.
The Print button downloads your board as a PDF — dark background, lime accents, the same look as the site. That gives you a printable file for a slide deck, a portfolio or an archive without resorting to a screenshot. Need a blank? The exporter warns on an empty board but lets you export anyway, so a clean template PDF or PNG is a supported use, not a workaround.
