All 49 Saviors are pre-loaded, seasonal alternates included — drag them into S through D and build the Star Savior tier list that matches the account you actually have.

Every Savior in Star Savior is on the board — all 49 of them, from Asherah and Muriel through to the most recent additions. Drag them into S through D and build the Star Savior tier list your own roster would defend.
Seasonal alternates count separately. Bunnygirl Claire, Asherah Waltz of Starlight and Frey Noble Princess are their own units with their own kits and elements rather than costumes, so each gets its own tile.
Studiobside built this after Counter:Side, and it shows in the depth of the raising systems — which is exactly why a tier list here needs to say what it is ranking.
New to ranking? The how to make a tier list guide covers the basics, and what S tier means helps once the top row gets crowded.
Star Savior is a raising game as much as a gacha, so investment does more to a placement here than in most titles.
Training and gear can outrank rarity. A well-raised SR routinely beats a neglected SSR, which means a board of unbuilt Saviors and a board of finished ones answer different questions. Say which one you made.
Element and class come as a pair. Five elements and five classes means a Savior is usually competing with a handful of direct alternatives rather than the whole roster — and being the best Moon Striker matters more than being the eleventh-best unit overall.
PvE and PvP diverge sharply. Sustained damage wins content; burst and control win against another player. Deciding which board you are making first saves rearranging it later.
Ranking a Defender against a Caster is where most arguments start. Sorting first makes the board come together far faster.
By class — Striker, Ranger, Caster, Defender, Supporter — is the natural cut, and it stops support units being marked down for a damage column they were never meant to fill.
By element is the other useful pass. Since teams are built around elemental coverage, the best unit in a thin element is often worth more to you than a stronger one in a crowded field.
Rank the alternates against their base form first. Deciding whether Bunnygirl Claire beats Claire is a smaller, easier question than placing both cold, and it settles a surprising amount of the board.
