About this template

Rank every Innate Technique

Every Innate Technique in Jujutsu Infinite is on the board — all 25, from Infinity and Demon Vessel down to the commons. Drag them into S through D and build the Jujutsu Infinite tier list you would actually reroll for.

This board is more complete than most. The tier lists you will find elsewhere usually cover around 19 techniques; this one carries all 25 listed on the wiki, including Soul King, Thunder God, Ancient Construction, Projection, Puppet and Plant Manipulation, which the popular lists tend to leave out entirely.

Rolling is the whole game, so a technique's rarity and its strength are not the same thing — and the gap between them is what a tier list is for.

New to ranking? The how to make a tier list guide covers the basics, and what S tier means helps once the top row gets crowded.

What moves a technique

What actually decides a placement

Rankings here move for reasons that have little to do with the anime the game is based on.

PvE and PvP disagree constantly. A technique that melts bosses can be easy to read and punish against another player, and the best duelling kits are rarely the fastest way to farm. Decide which board you are making before the first drag.

Domain Expansions and Maximum Techniques decide the top. Whether a technique has one, and how usable it is, does more to fix its placement than raw damage — which is why the same handful sit at the top of nearly every list.

Rarity is not strength. A Special Grade roll is harder to get, not automatically better, and some Legendaries outperform them. Ranking by rarity produces a list that is really just the drop table.

How to split it

Grouping before you rank

Techniques do very different jobs, so ranking them all against each other in one pass is where most disagreements start.

By range separates the close-quarters kits from the ones that never let you get near. By single-target versus AoE matters more than it sounds — several techniques are excellent at exactly one of the two.

By rarity is worth one pass on its own, not to rank by it but to see it: lining up the Special Grades against the Legendaries usually shows the drop table and the tier list disagreeing more than people expect.

Rank inside each group first, then merge the winners. The board comes together much faster that way.
